EBB42 works 100% in RatOS. I use all the feature including the ADXL. Also have filament runout sensor on the Orbiter 2.0 connected to the EBB42.

You need to see why you cannot use this toolboard fully

RatOS makes it super simple to enable this in their printer.cfg file

I could not get the hotend thermistor to work correctly. Everything else did.

Yes Rapido 2 with the 104NT-4 thermistor.

Hopefully you have another hotend lying around to test. Tool board is great, so don't discard using it.
