You also probably want to loosen your belt tension. What printer is this for?

Yeah 1e6 is defo too high for power spectral density for this printer. My 200 is at 1e5, you are probably looking for 1e4 or 1e5, try going through a bunch of different Hz settings for the best tension in a range and see what happens. My optimum is 120hz and I get 1e5 ok both X and y with X being about 7-8 and Y being about 4-5

You can use an app called spectroid to measure

check how tight the bolts are holding your x gantry into the xy joiners, they might need tightening
