You don't actually need to change anything, you just need to add the sensor configuration for the pins you decide to use in your user overrides section

This row of pins has all you need for example

(note, you can use 5v instead of 3.3v i'm pretty sure, depends on the LED in the orbiter sensor).

There's no 3.3v on the EBB42, so there's not really any other way.

Running 3.3v from the main board is iffy, voltage drop on such a low voltage over such a long distance is tricky.

Oh btw, remember to prefix your pin names with toolboard: otherwise klipper will think the pins are on the main controlboard.
