z-offset issue

when i go to set my z off set the printed performs a bed mesh test, it asks me to save the config or cancel, if i save it restarts and i have to start again in this endless cycle, if i cancel it just goes back to the menu

so on the screen on my pi i can z offest calibrate when ever i do this it wants to create a bed mesh for some reason, and then it asks me to save the mesh i do, the pi restarts i go to z offset calibrate and it starts a mesh again

how I do my z-offset in mainsail interface(i.e. the klipper paper test https://www.klipper3d.org/Bed_Level.html#the-paper-test):

• home printer
• issue PROBE_CALIBRATE command
• use controls until nozzle touches paper
• issue ACCEPT command
• issue SAVE_CONFIG command
