check if the board is detected at all. you can check by ssh-ing to RPi and running the command:

ls /dev/serial/by-id/*
/dev/serial/by-id/usb-Klipper_stm32f446xx_btt-octopus-11-if00

should see output like this, two boards, yours should be named with tis 'random' id

after flashing it will be named

(and before all of that, check with another usb cable, and yet another ) 🙂

A 3.2 USB cable did the trick.

nice, good cable is good cable, in my case even cheap 2.0 cable worked but I already replaced it with something more sturdy.
