running a standard vcore 3.1 500mm. mainsail dropped while printing and I can't reconnect.

As the title says I left a print running came back and I can't connect to ratos, it's still printing but I have no way to pause or restart after a filament change. Looking for any suggestions for restoring a connection without canceling the print. I'm assuming a hard reset with fox the issue but I'm trying to avoid ruining the print
