Hey all. I finally got my minion ready, but the Motor on X axis is making a loud buzzing Noise but only on lower speeds (something beyond 50mm/s). What could cause this issue?

after some tests the sound only occurs between f1750 and f2250 mm/min

I have the same issue, I suspect being the rail, If I use lithium grease I can hear it, If I use ep grease (thicker) the sound goes away

Thanks for the hint. Ill order some grease and try it

Tried to clean the rails and put on a better grease. Sadly no change in Noise

Sounds like a loose screw to me.

did you find out what was causing the noise?

Not yet. Ill unmount the hotend again to check for any loose screws
