Just got approval on my Streamdeck plugin that allows users to post to Bluesky, including with GIF and Alt text, as well as set the Live status that Bluesky enabled in January!
To use it you need to generate an App Password on Bluesky, it's only stored locally and not sent to any external servers other than Bluesky (for obvious reasons).

I don't think bluesky supports youtube for the go live, they only mention Twitch, Streamplace and Bluecast. Nevertheless, if you don't fill in the twitch url field, it will just skip the go live status and just do the post
Yep just confirmed it. Nevertheless, even by putting a youtube link, it won't invalidate the post, and will still include the link on the post itself
The good news is if Bluesky ever supports Youtube it should work out of the box
