First image shows how I have my virtual stream deck setup. Keybind can obviously be set up how you want, but that isn't a combo I use. I lowered alpha channel to 0 from 255 so theres no borders. It is 7x7 so I can switch profiles and have multiple different sized profiles

Second image shows the initial screen of x-mouse button control where i set the side button of my mouse to be the keyboard key combo. You select the **No change (Don't intercept) *** and change it to you pref method. Mine is button held.

Third image shows settings after clicking COG next to it. For me its next to mouse button 4. I set it to held for 500 ms only because thats what I needed, and then set simulated keys pressed via the COG next to it.
