https://youtu.be/Z1lqx8BFJEk In this video I talk about setting up a Dual PC using my Windows PC as a Gaming PC, and my Mac Mini M4 as a Streaming PC. I show you the process, using my Elgato 4K X, and the Elgato Wave Link 2.0 software for routing to your capture card from your Gaming PC and what configurations you need to take car of via Display Duplication, and Audio Routing in the Sound Settings. In Windows you can always routing induvial audio inputs/outputs in Wave Link. In Mac OS you have to use Wave Link Stream just for Wave Link Audio, or the Application like I've shown, and your Capture Card Audio if you're only wanting just your capture card. In Mac OS, you can't separate audio, but you can mute the audio you don't want coming through. In this case, I changed my OBS on Mac OS to Audio Input: Wave Link Stream, and muted in Wave Link what i don't want to come through OBS. the Mac OS Audio, via Application works the same way. If I wanted to route my music to OBS I have to do it directly from the app. Windows PC will not have this issue, as you can on your streaming PC, still route individual audio. I hope this helps, but it's a very simple setup. Thanks for watching.
