I can actually answer that - HD60 Pro has Master copy in our capture software that records the raw footage separate @hasty hull

@regal lagoon YouTube will take whatever bitrate you throw at it. That being said, YouTube recommends at LEAST 24 Mbps (24000 kbps)
I typically render at 70 Mbps for YouTube no matter the resolution just to make sure my 4K and 1080 videos are high quality. It just makes the processing take longer on YouTube.

Gaming PC is connected to Streaming PC via 4k60 pro. When i start my streaming PC and turn on Streamlabs OBS i can see catpure desktop from my gaming PC. Than i start Call of DUty Modern Warfere and it start to come for second on screen and then im throw back into dekstop. I can hear game and see window but when i click it it repeats to game screen screen for a second and than go back to desktop. And also i have some micro stutter on my gaming PC

You can't stream USB and record to SD at the same time. You can get master copy in 4KCU though @hasty hull

Right now I'm trying to decide if I want to buy the HD60 Pro or the 4K60 Pro from Elgato to stream gameplay footage from the Xbox Series X (when it's released) and the Nintendo Switch. Any advice? I plan on streaming me playing these games on Twitch in 1080p60fps.

For mastercopy to work. You will need to stream using Game Capture HD.
However... The 4K60 Pro MK.2 has multiapp support. You can have it inside of OBS Studio streaming and 4K Capture Utility at the same time.
Can then have 4KCU recording a untouched pure gameplay copy for editing later.
It's not technically what we used to call Master Copy but it's more flexible.

Does anyone here have the Google Pixel 4 and is able to capture the phone with Elgato? Nothing shows up when I try to record it and I'm not sure if there is a setting I can change on my phone or if that's how google designed the phone

Using the HD60 S+ with my dual PC setup with Streamlabs and OBS. When streaming or recording a game noticed that the audio is delayed by a few milliseconds when listening through my headphones. When reviewing the stream footage and recording, the audio is perfectly synched. The 4K Capture Utility has no audio delay. It just baffles me. Might just be a bug that can be addressed in a future firmware update.

@deft cairn wondering if you have problems with the streamdeck doing multi key press. ie assign one key with cmd and another with a and try to select all or pair it with c or v to copy/paste.
I'm hoping that they would eventually add that feature. apparently it works on windows but according to my conversation with tech support, they said it was an unintentional feature

Program to my knowledge the Mac software is still in beta. To my memory I hadn’t noticed that? But then again I set all of mine to complex Photoshop commands, so I was using them individually always.

ahh ok. I'm using it in Avid Media Composer so I used to compulsively hit cmd s to save my project in case avid crashes on me randomly. I can't do that anymore and I didn't want to create individual keys for all the combo keys I use because I have atleast 15 different modifier keys that I use when I edit. not to mention i want to be able to hold cmd to snap to the in frame and cmd alt to snap to the out frame. the streamdeck not being able to do this is killing my work speed and its driving me nuts.
I was hoping it would replace my razer orbweaver because synapse for mac is a stinking pile of trash as well

I have two buttons to switch in and out ''cutscene mode''
Cutscene Mode ON disables my microphone, and switches to an OBS scene with /only/ the game window.
Cutscene Mode OFF enables my mic, and switches back to the scene with the game window and my facecam
Unfortunately I cant put a multi-action in multi-action toggle.
Which is a real shame tbh :/
But oh well, the workaround works.

I use a multi action for my stream, when I start a match it:
mutes my mic
mutes game audio
runs stinger
waits 29 seconds
unmutes mic
unmutes game audio
turns on "draft loop" audio
waits 2 seconds for stinger to end
swaps to in-game draft
and I just start casting, it's awesome.

The ''Launch'' button option works on windows .DLL files aswell!
If you want to lock your system with Streamdeck, head to System > Open in your streamdeck software, put it on your desired button, and then put ''rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation'' in the App / File field without quotation marks.
You cant unlock tho
Because the system lock prevents the deck to be used, for obvious security reasons.

@fair hearth as Elgato is owned by Corsair, it is not compatible with Razer Synapse and never will be unless a third party manages to hack it in, and even then, they could be liable to be sued by Corsair for it

@drowsy merlin Thanks, by compatibility I meant more does Elgato actively conflict with Razer? The only Razer product I own is the Orbweaver Chroma and since I installed the Stream deck and software, it causes my Razer Synapse to stop working properly.

While there isnt a separate on press activation, you can create an animation for when the key is active to flash. This would only work with on/off actions however. I'd recommend posting it to #feature-request @crimson blaze

- It allows you to view your PC from one PC, to the other. You can then stream the PC's screen/game directly through Elgato's own software, or various third party software. I guess you could say it's only easier if you don't want any frame drops, or resolution drops so your gaming PC isn't spent doing the rendering for the stream?
- It makes it easier if you have 2 PC's. The recording software only needs to run on one PC, not 2. It also eliminates any performance impact recording may have on your main gaming PC,
- The only thing it reduces is any performance impact recording on your main PC might have, especially at 4k resolution. It's also useful if you don't have multiple monitors, or live in a small area where having more then 2 or 4 monitors is a headache.

With two stream decks (or a mobile device stream deck and a real one), I see you're able to have the mobile stream deck switch profiles on the wired real device, but not the opposite (unless maybe it's I only have one profile setup on mobile) (never mind, got it to load a different profile on my mobile)
Is there a way to have the same profile, but just change folders on another stream deck?

on Android Shady, you go to sign up, and you go to buy the subscription, and it says "You'll be charged this much this often, after 30 days trial"
You have to agree to the subscription to get the 30 days free trial though

Unfortunately that's the App store rules to have the subscription page immediately instead of kicking in after the trial ends. You are not charged anything for 30 days though and can cancel at any time.

What happens if you press a Stream Deck Multi-Action a second time before the original actions are finished? Does it repeat everything, including delays?
