Leave Phantom power off. Try starting with 55dB in the settings. You should never clip on a Wave XLR, so there is no harm in going louder beyond a sort of "compression" feeling.

Oh this is the DB. In that case, you can choose to have Phantom Power off with Bypass mode and do all amplifying on Wave XLR. Or keep Phantom power on without bypass, and just use a lower gain setting on Wave XLR.

hello not sure if this is the exact channel to ask this but it is regarding the the hd60s.
I am currently using a macbook. I have the mokin extension thing that has 3 usb ports (two being 3.0) and two hdmi slots. I am trying to be able to stream using obs studio by streaming my switch screen.
I was trying to connect a monitor and the switch stuff together and tried everything and made sure all the ports and connections were in the right places, but i could never pull up the capture card on obs. The switch works fine thru the normal hdmi and displays fine on the monitor, but i couldnt pull up the screen thru my obs on my macbook and not sure why. Ive tried searching a ton of YT videos but cant seem to find this exact problem.

if anyone can help me or has experience with why i cant get obs to pull up the capture card lmk!

Wait why is the stream deck keypad on the right of that keyboard, so using it means putting your mouse hand on the keyboard every time you need the stream deck rather than having the stream deck on the left where you can easily reach the stream deck keys from where your keyboard hand rests on WASD

also horrible for editing when you wanna have all your shortcuts on a streamdeck and use a mouse, works great with a regular stream deck and mouse but with the stream deck keyboard it puts the stream deck keys next to your mouse even though a mouse is almost indispensible for editing

#announcements message if I had the keyboard that already has a stream deck integrated into it like this, I would love using it for streaming and replacing my current Lenovo branded keyboard for it. One of my concerns with the stream deck initially was not being sure where I would realistically be able to put such a device on my desk space, but if it is integrated into the keyboard, I wouldn't have to worry as much. In its current design it looks like it'll be useful for right handed people since most of the controls are on that side for the Stream Deck portion.

I've bought the usb hub for the SD +, so it got a little less messy, because I was not about to reach all the way behind my pc to tweak those cables.

Some cables are just too short out of the box, like that webcam I bought from the green brand, thankfully it reach said hub because it was so far from reaching my computer which is on my desk, desk which is only 140cm (that's short).

Max cable length for USB3 is 2 meters for uncompressed video, Facecam can run at USB2 speeds also but compressed MPEG at up to 4 meters but preferably 3 meters or less to not have powerissues if you want to upgrade to a better camera with detachable cable 😉

Then see if it’s clear when you power up again.

They have a screen saver feature. and go to sleep, (if you’re able to get sleep state working well on your computer)

How else is a company supposed to get customer feedback? If everyone pays what a company demands, prices will only keep rising, since customers will pay everything without complaint. And €350 for a keyboard is simply outrageous in my eyes. You might have a different view because you're perhaps better off financially and have your own opinion, but I'm also entitled to my opinion and don't have to go with the flow.

I simply think €350 is too expensive for a keyboard, whether it's from Corsair or anyone else. I like the idea and I would buy the product myself, but not at that price. €150 or €170 would be okay, but not €350. That's my personal opinion and feedback. It’s not a product I would buy either, but it’s not because I think the price is unreasonable for the hardware and software features provided.
Consider what’s being included and make some estimations. They are right in the zone I would expect for a price target based on the component products that are available and we have prices for.

Even under Windows 11, it doesn't work properly. You have to install it in a complicated way, and you have to delete everything beforehand. Elgato would do themselves a favor by releasing proper installation instructions for the beta. To get everything to work at all, you have to restart several times and pay attention to a few things. I still haven't managed to get it working properly. And even with the Streamdeck+, I can't get WaveLink 2 to work correctly. As soon as I restart my system, WaveLink tells me I don't have a compatible device. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, so instructions from Elgato would be really helpful. If anyone has any tips, please share them.

Yes i know. But nothing work. I uninstall WL2 before, then Restart. Them i installed WL3 and restart. WL3 runs but didnt see my usb rode mic and didnt See my streamdeck. I got the same problems with WL2. I installed it and could used it directly after installation but before restarting my system. after the next restart, WL2 did not work anymore. it tells my that there is no elgato hardware to use WL2

This sounds like a usb issue to me. In the tech help channels we would advise you to make sure usb selective suspend and fast boot are disabled, and try different usb ports, as a start towards narrowing it down or fixing the issue.

For what it’s worth, many are using wl3 just fine, but it is a beta so your experience may vary; they would appreciate feedback on your beta testing in Reddit. That’s the point of beta testing, after all.

But wl2 is a retail release so be sure to run it by #official-tech-support to work out what’s going wrong in your setup before assuming something doesn’t work.

So the stream deck software takes over the stream deck part of the keyboard but when disabled (yes you can disable a device on the software to let the other stream deck compatible software take over while having it open and active for SDM and VSD) the stream deck keys will just mimic the numpad

Looking for help. With Secure Boot enabled, my Elgato Stream Deck+ won’t power on at all (no logo/backlight). When I disable Secure Boot, it works normally.

It's a faceplate not a skin per se. You can get replacement faceplates through the spare parts store at https://www.elgato.com/spare-parts if you're looking to swap it out. (Just filter the store to Wave XLR)

You can't peel it off, it's a hard plastic faceplate, not s sticker. You'd have to repalce it

the black one has a faceplate itself

so i have to just wait for the black one to be in stock

Yeah, the other option is to replace the faceplate with another - but it definitely wouldn't be cheaper that way. You might check for stock right vendors like Best Buy if there's any in your region - though a lot of those are out of stock from the holiday sales too
