This is like #1305800421021057064 except you're allowed up to 3 channel exceptions, and 1 minute = 1 count
Channel exceptions must be made beforehand.

Rules when closing discord:

  • You may NOT scroll discord aimlessly

    • No counting in any channels except for your channel exceptions, which should be mentioned before you close discord
    • Minimise the time spent on discord during this time
    • You may not reply to DMs

  • If you fail (which you shouldn't), put ❌ on your count or edit it so the count says the amount of minutes you successfully closed discord for.

  • If successful, put ✅ on your count
