Starts with 0.1 then if we hit 1 we double up to 0.2 like:
1.2 -> 1.4, 1.6
Then if we hit 3 we double again with 0.4
count the decimal thingy 10 times like
0.1 to 1 ten times, 1 to 3 by 0.2 ten times
