Achlys's hyper active sometimes bugged out and doesn't give her rift,
usually it goes:
->use
->get in rift manifestation
(normal usage)
->use
->no rift manifestation
->gems bar remains unchanged (like HA wasn't used)
(bugged HA)
this happens like 1 out 10 usage (i've witnessed it a lot on crucial moments)

After trying quite a few times to reproduce this in various scenarios, it works fine for me every time. It will take a bit longer before I can forward it, sorry for the inconvenience 🙂
