when u enter in the SD with Code Essencia the first lever take a long time to activate when u kill the zone, the others levers activate instantly, the only solution i got it for that its using recall to kill the nasods, its like the dungeon take the nasods as enemies too with the first lever (i can upload a video in youtube with the bug if u need it to see)
