-Improvement for Pet PvPrewards, while I do agree since it's lackluster, it was just a Joke mode to begin with since there was no game impacting update for a long time
-farming will be unlikely since it's gatekept by having 3 pets in the first place
-a higher Shipping lvl than Lanox would mean they have to implement new Arcane stones, which will unlikely happen anytime soon (also it already drains 40% Life stamina each session)
-Pet passive stats are already normalized/additive to your character stats when fed (exception of MP which is Multiplicative to your Base MP)
-4th Evolution would not be foreseeable for the far future since most pet's main concept design was reaching adulthood with 3rd stage
-Burn/poison/EC debuffs are meant to be not that useful in PvE since their damage scales with % of Base damage of your weapon, making it only somewhat useful in PvP

that would indirectly cause new pets to not be bought/farmed anymore given certain older pets have stronger skills but lackluster passives
then you can still use them for cosmetic purposes, no need to change their kit
KoG should remove pet pvp and rerun older pets with no need of buffing them, since people buy them for fashion...
"certain" pets are stronger, that word alone said everything you just re-plied with.
-Evolution stages of characters =/= same value of Pet evolutions
Pet evolutions are there since the beginning, the game back then was often restricted with lvl caps, making a 2nd/trans/3rd job not viable for their current game progress since each advancement boosts your power massivly.
also keep in mind, we got (soon with Lithia) 60 diffrent classes, which is far more important than a single Pet design.
On the other hand we have +100 Pets, with mosts pet's not beeing even used given they are borderline useless, so why bother making +100 new Pet designs for a stage they will never archieve, also certain Monster based pets and Raid pets would have a diffrent appearance than they had originally in mind, making it very unlikely that they will ever implement 4th evo for pets
this game is still money making driven, hence ideas that won't make that much money in the first place are seldom implemented
bro I love the old Berthe Pet I have and the Eltrion ones, but their passives are too weak 
I do think it might be doable to change their 2nd passive to all pets to the same, but their 3rd slot should still be special, since the hedgehogs for example give 4% actionspeed instead of crit/max
but a 4th evo is not a good idea to go for given it's too much work for way to little impact/money making outcome to beginn with
in the End, Pet's where just little helpers by just attacking some mobs after their MP was full, but given they don't scale will your ASD, their damage is seldom a deciding factor in dungeonplay to begin with
Currently they are just there for their passive bonuses + encouragement buff + Item drop collector
back then with lvl caps, pets did way more damage compared to us now given we had no asd scaling items
