Issues with unsupported CPU likely means that the virtualization solution being used is not configured properly.
If you are responsible for the virtualization infrastructure (qemu, proxmox, etc) look for the CPU type config and change it to match the host model.
If you are using some sort of hosting service, please contact their support and ask for them to do so.
