When you are in the CFG Editor tab you can press CTRL + R to get the confirm screen to restart the server but when you spam or hold CTRL + R the confirm screen opens and overlap multiple times every time you press the shortcut or when you hold it.
When you do it long enough the screen looks like in the image and the only way to get them away is to click X or refresh the page.
