1.Admins should have the capability to view and manage a list of whitelisted individuals, including the ability to revoke their whitelist status.
2.When granting admin access, it should be clearly communicated to the new admin what resources they have access to. If they do not have permission to view certain resources, they should not be able to access or view them.
3.To ensure accountability and proper oversight, unbanning permissions should be separated from the ability to ban, and granted to a specific group of individuals
