The nerfed is too much
They did make it a one time use but they should make it Regen to full health
Or it's too op

If you get hit 98 then syringe insta heals for 50% then fast Regen the remaining 50%

It was nerfed so that the Quick Regen Skill wasn't useless

And quick Regen is situational
Immediate heal is better
Hmm not better I guess depends on the playstyle of the enemy and you

Sometimes I wish I don't have quick Regen because I get blasted by explosives
And sometimes enemy has no explosives spammer

They should add a loadout swap specially in SND

Prolly that would work but the merge came

Enemies have very diverse playstyle now specially the SEA

Examples
SMG,gl rushers
Smine claymore galore
Feather step users
Shield players

Plus it's a hassle to swap loadouts all the time
And the Slots are bugged
You can't even swap perks and weapons from time to time

And 1st of all adding more loadout slots in the 1st place is not ideal
Just allow us to swap guns and perks in-game/mid game

Making it complicated
Maybe if the loadout slots are free then probably
But it's not

for snd all you need is one loadout, im sorry but i really dont understand this struggle; if you also snipe and smg then 3 i guess, but you still have 7 more slots to fill your cake

The perks are the problem
Not the weapons

Imagine the scenarios you get

You like this gun In this loadout but it has quick heal
And enemy has the explosives squad rushing site or defending site with 500 sets of s mines and claymores C4

And you have quick heal
Instead of explosive protection or the perk that lets you see the explosives

This is why players are malding and wish for this things to be remove

Because this players doesn't and sometimes can't swap or have the perk on hand in their loadout with the guns or weapons they like to use

The devs added this perks to be used on the situation it is needed

But most players run default long ears or quick heal
But once they know the enemy
Has things that they despise or or struggle with and they have the counter to it but can't sadly use it because you need 5 the same loadout with the same guns/ weapons but has the different perks for every situation

And last thing
Shield is not OP just use a grenade launcher or moly or coordinate
Ohh wait you don't have a grenade launcher on your loadout because it's cringe but enemy has shield and more cringe

I guess I die to shield then and rant about how unfun to die against and how unfair it is

Guess what bring the tools and perks for the situation (can't)

I'm done ranting but just imagine being able to swap perks or utility,nades etc mid game
Would change alot for the unfun and unfair things that players experience and mald about

Personal experience I hope I had explosives protection on for this GL users and I hope I had Molotov or GL for enemy shield
And I hope I had the perk that lets you see the explosives when I rush site and get bombarded with explosives

im just running the same perks all the time. my perks dont affect my playstyle against certain other ones.

when im playing snd, i either run my killing perks (reload, double time, stealth, quick switch for scopes) or my pugs loadout (nimble, double time, fast regen, sometimes stealth and quick switch for scopes) and am done with it. i like stealth because i despise drones and detecting sights. if you cant adept according to different playstyles, you need to learn the game. usually certain ppl run certain classes more often so you can hold different angles and so on....

syringe works very destructively in this game compared to other shooters where it is present. the regen timer in this game is dangerously long and peekers advantage really messes up with TTK. I get that it being once per life kind of sucks but that equipment is probably more unhealthy for pubs than explosive knife ever was
