When a game starts as well as when someone leaves an ongoing game, fill in the empty spots with AI bots so the team is not outnumbered.
When someone is available to join back, replace a bot with the waiting player.
It's better than playing 2v6 games when half your team quits on you mid game.

the matchmaking (i'm talking for EU) is really well made, we always match people. Not always balanced but at least the games are really ezsy to find in popular game types
