Attached alert pops up after a few seconds of starting the game. When I click on 'Ok' it shows quit massage. How to fix it?

How to Verify Integrity of Ironsight Game Files - Steam
1: Restart your computer and launch Steam
This step is recommended by Steam, but is not required.
2: Go to your Library, right click Ironsight, and click Properties
3: Click the Local Files tab, and click Verify integrity of game files
Steam will check for missing/corrupt files and fix and/or replace them. This may take a few minutes.
