Well, I havent seen anyone talking about this so I will. There is more than 30 suggestions posts in this discord and a lot of them are very voted in a positive way by the players... But there are no changes in the game so far, so I am starting to think that we are here posting all this stuff just to talk among us and the ironsight team havent pronounced about any post until now... If I am wrong them someone tell me thanks

**1/2 **As far as I understand, CMs read suggestions threads like all chats, but we need feedback from them. There are suggestions here that were completed by the development team, so why not remove or archived them from the list so that they dont interfere with focusing on suggestions from other users, cuz there are both old suggestions that the dev never got, but the community appreciated them, as well as fresh. There are also suggestions that the community supported, but the dev team decided to implement it in his own way or completed it in test mode, so the implementation needs to be improved. As an example, I can name my thread for daily, weekly and monthly missions/contracts.
I think that the dev team should interact more with their community, cuz we understand that you have a small staff, but we are also a small community that wants feedback from devs. We want to keep abreast of your plans, progress, including all kinds of sketches of skins, weapons, maps, to guide the community in the right direction. After all, it is much more convenient when, in the course of completing a task, you receive feedback from us in the form of criticism, tips, praise, etc., than you complete the task in your vision, which in the end will not be accepted by the players, or they will ask fix you. It is easier to change something at the creation stage than to correct the finished product.
I started the topic about weapon skins for a reason, because you have no stability in terms of creating high-quality battle passes. Season 10 came out ambiguous, which was shown by the results of the survey that you offered us to take here. Obviously, when collecting statistics, you are trying to find a pattern in the requests of the players, so already the 11th Battle Pass turned out to be quite good from a cosmetic point of view. Thats what you need to talk to your players for.
2/2 I also think that CMs should focus primarily on processing bugs and suggestions sections, cuz this is where your answers are needed, and not in chats of different languages. To do this, it is worth delegating your authority to your team of supports and mods. They should communicate more with the players in chats, including the fact that many of them have a stable gaming practice. I think Wiple should make its own website or at least a Google form in order to send inquiries about violators there. But for this, you need to structure these applications to a certain standard, so that the players know which rule item should be indicated as a violation. Simple offenses like insults can be trusted to handle by your team of helpers, increasing their status and importance in the community. When it comes to bugs, cheating and other aspects, then you will already enter as judges. Given the small number of CMs and devs, you should not waste your time on all sorts of little things, otherwise why do you need so many supports and mods? Its necessary to simplify the system of processes, then the time will be spent more rationally, and the efficiency will increase consequently.
