I've only gotten one interview with Roblox in September and have not landed a single interview since. I've gotten many OAs but 99% are just auto, and for the few that aren't I'm getting rejected after perfect scores.

Some quick skims before I get some breakfast:

  • Please remove bolding from your keywords, it's incredibly distracting and honestly - I'm an adult, I don't need to have keywords bolded for me.
    • Building upon this, you don't need to cram your resume with keywords and stats, being coherent is more important. For instance, most people have no idea what RTL or FAISS are.
  • You should always put your education first if you haven't graduated or are looking for your first job, hell there might be a few recruiters who automatically dump it out since they assume you don't have a degree?
  • Remove your research assistant position if you've just started it, or at the very least add a few more bullet points about what you plan to accomplish

My general recommendation is to make your resume easy to digest first before trying to minmax it to death.

Also from my experience in 50+ interviews (working FT now), anything on your skills section is fair game to get questioned on.

Don't add a skill if you're not confident in answering questions about it, chances are your interviewer has been using said language for a decade.

Also FYI your spacing is pretty off - the spacing underneath research assistant is much smaller than the spacing underneath JourneyMapper and the other projects
