Hello! I applied for ~600 roles last year and only got ~30 OAs including automatic ones even when applying hours after the postings open. Is there something wrong with my bullet points, including missing keywords? Thanks!

Personally i think experience should be highlighted more than awards

applying to internships as well as ft, not too sure how senior recruiting process rly works tbh but have some friends who did that
