I am getting interviews, however one of the managers in an interview said that my projects are too simple, lack of complexity. Because of this, he said that I performed way better in the interview than what my resume tells (based on the simplicity of projects). What do you think?

btw you shouldnt have the literal name of the project as the first thing
it should be possible to tell what the project is just while scanning through the result
like "stock picker bot" or something
the actual name may as well be irrelevant
