#+200 Applications, 2 OAs, no interviews... First internship, Non-target UC school

I've been applying pretty consistently to get my first internship but no luck... Is there anything in my resume besides formatting that I should be fixing?
Should I try putting different projects on there? Maybe the projects I chose aren't what employers want to see. Any advice appreciated...

Move experiences above projects

Also if you have a 3.5 or above gpa, that's probably good to add.

also fix the date formattings, they look pretty off.

Also OOP isn't really a tech I would be listing for a project
