I'm unable to pass resume screens at all, and have been getting rejected/ghosted from all positions. Been applying to new grad positions and internships (with dec 2024 as grad date) with no luck. What can I do to improve on this resume?

Meraki and Visa but no first rounds?!?

It may be worthy removing the local company and adding another or two more projects

Also highlight your impact in your Experiences

Hmm... I can definitely see emphasizing impact more within my experience helping a lot.

Though I am mixed about removing the local company. Wouldn't more experience be better and weigh more heavily than projects?

You have 3 internships under the belt and no company is passing you through the screen?!?!?! That's really depressing to see. It's probs more of the economy being shit rather than a resume problem tbh. This is where I'd probs try to focus more on networking if job apps aren't getting you anywhere.

Yeah that’s a good suggestion, will have to start reaching out on LinkedIn more. With all layoffs happening recently the market’s been getting a lot worse as well
