The resume is normally a pdf, I switched to png to blur.

I don't know why I am not getting interviews. I have 4 internships, one from a well known ish company and one from a well known US agency.
The OA's are going alright. About 70% of them I get a perfect score...

the Switch the position and company places. Put education and skills at top. The last line of ur job for the ones that end 8/21 and 12/22 are useless. U need to write more on ur impact rather than things u just did in ur jobs
