Bullet points for projects and work experience should start with results and then with what you did to achieve those results.

Don't say "Developed X to accomplish Y", say "Accomplished Y by developing X"

Also, maybe include links to your projects like github. Not everyone will click the links but it shows that you actually did it and aren't making stuff up

You have four internships and a research assistant position. That's better than so many people. You have a masters degree too. If you transfer to another college, mention that college's name when you do it. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

I guess you could remove your projects when you have more work experience. Try to keep your resume to one page. I could be wrong but multi page resumes are only for those in academia or 10+ years of experience
