your resume looks ATS friendly to me, but I would recommend running it through an ATS parser just to make sure
Having a summary section isn't needed, you can put that in your application instead
as for general skills, those are nice to have but again not needed
My only gripe with your resume is that you combined skills along with leadership
it just looks a little weird
especially with how skills is all caps and leadership is capitalized normally
maybe take off one project and add a leadership section instead?
