First I’d recommend using a table based template if you’re gonna be updating it on word or google docs (check pinned) so that you don’t have the alignment issues like in your experiences

Then for your bullet points under experience I’d switch to some form of the google x,y,z format. Make sure to emphasize impact

#

Even your project bullet points can be reworded to fit the x,y,z format

#

Under skills change technology to technologies

#

I’d also try to add at least 1 experience that isn’t strictly CS related for “culture forward” companies

#

For that you can replace a project that doesn’t hit many words from the job posting
