Game freezing

Hello! I’ve been having an issue where my game freezes and won’t close unless I force quit it through Task Manager or the Steam menu. I’m looking for help because I’m completely lost on how to fix this and don’t want to mess with things I don’t understand.I’m a PvP player and not long ago lost a prog due to this issue, so I’m really in need of help to make sure it doesn't happen again. To specify the situation: From what I’ve noticed, my game hasn’t frozen while flying. It only freezes after I land on the ground to regain stamina, heal, or when I’m playing ASD. However, this doesn’t only happen during fights. Even when I’m just sitting and doing nothing, the same thing happens, which leaves my dragon vulnerable while I try to load back in as fast as possible.

Any help would be really appreciated! :))

first for sure check basics
game on SSD or HDD?
GPU? RAM?
CPU? is it over 80% while you play?
what Vram does your GPU have? do you have exactly that or higher/lower set in your settings?

SSD, RAM:16GB, GPU:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB, VRAM:6GB, in game settings: 2GB VRAM, CPU:between 30-60% I tried my best to include everything you asked for.

seems okay, GTX is on the lower end but specs look good enough for at least potato overall
sadly i dont have that much knowledge bout computers so i cannot help beside these basics :<
