I had two completed eggs in my male's brood pouch. I danced a female, then my pouch immediately stopped glowing. Now I cannot discard egg #1.
It went from finished to 100% incubated but still 'Brooding' .

I was a female, full pouch with IR eggs, second egg was fine but my first egg has been stuck on that incubation page for roughly 5-10 mins

seems to be the 1st slot tho that remains the same
randomly, it was from my clan members nest, me and mochi took their eggs tot est the ability and the 1st egg is stuck like that

they were both fully incubated after i clicked on the inhancemetn it had issues

Can you supply the scenario you had when it happened for you? Two eggs in pouch or one? If two were they both fully incubated? Did you click the enhancements? Do any actions at the moment it bugged? What species eggs in your pouch?

So on testing the only way to fix this was to kill the brood in fortunately.... Just letting you guys know @cloud quest @granite current

Even after patches on the test server the broods had to die they themselves becamed bugged.... But you can see after patch

Okay well I can't fully test this new egg in slot one because I don't want to attempt to discard the mutation.
However, I was successful taking in and discarding slot 2. Though upon discarding slot 2 my pouch no longer glowing. Will have to see after I give this other egg later if slot 1 still buggy for discard.
