Unsure if anyone has posted this already but like the title says..
I dont remember SS ever having black teeth but this was the first thing I noticed getting my mela pie SS, I dont know if any other SS skin/pie skin has black teeth but yeah!
It also doesnt matter which pearl I equip, the teeth stay black
I have noticed though that at night for some reason they return to their normal color

Both the teeth and back spikes can change to black based on the lighting/time of day if I remember correctly
Been like that for years
