To further this -
This can happen when an SS cloaks with their back scales glowing after a charge shot/ holding a charge. Im unsure of how long it needs to be cloaked. The only way to turn it off is recharging your bile. It does not appear to be client sided as every times its happened to me, my clan has been able to see the scales glowing. Can be immersion breaking, but also detrimental for PvP when an SS is uncloaking for stam in a fight
