Can't queue into servers

No matter which server I try to enter, I get tossed back to the menu screen. I recently updated my game. Not sure what the issue could be.

I was able to enter a Greybox server but I am not keen to join one of those at the moment.

It simply kicks me back to the main menu

make sure your device specs are enough for the game
it may be that your pc is struggling to load the main servers because its taking up too much ram

I have played this game several times before. It is not about my specs or overfull rooms. I would appreciate to get technical support from a tech support source. Thank you for your help, but it is not addressing the actual issue I am having.

Lowering the graphics settings doesn't make sense since that has never been an issue in the past, and my PC only has solid state drives

is the game on an ssd? lately devs have been suggesting players move their game onto one for a lot of the issues that come up

if none of the common fixes work then youd need to wait until the team comes back from their holiday breaks
and thats gonna be a long few days

reinstalling the game didnt work either?

for the record, this has been solved. i think it was just an issue that day. maybe the servers were overloaded
