Something that came to mind, I’ve been playing Isle for a long time, and while I know DoD isn’t Isle, I wanted to suggest an idea to the community. What if we added a mechanic that slows hunger loss or helps remove sickness? It doesn’t have to be a salt rock specifically, but maybe certain plants, bushes, or even special rocks that different dragons can interact with to recover from sickness.

We could also add more food variety for different dragon types. Some dragons could be omnivores, while others stay full carnivores. I think this would be especially helpful for BW players, since they’re slow and currently rely mainly on grazing. More plant options would make their gameplay more enjoyable and less repetitive. Overall, I think these changes could benefit both PvP and survival, giving players more options instead of relying only on meat.

What are your thoughts?

[Informational]
There are currently plans for omnivore dragons. Omnivore and piscivore dragons are currently planned to be a subtype of carnivores, recieving the same perks (carnivore regurgitation) with additional foods/abilities. Omnivores are planned to be able to eat all the foods carnivores eat, with the addition of the berry bushes, but will not share the heribivore ability to graze on grass to slow hunger.
