Either in discord or in the game have a kill feed saying something like "Adult Mela SS killed Elder Crim SS" whenever that happens. This could be in its own kill feed chat channel to not clog global/clan/group/local chat. Would be an interesting thing to see in pvp.

Whole heartedly agree. Although I might tweak it to say either “[your account name] killed Elder Crim SS” for you + your clan (maybe group too?) but if this is like a global kill feed then for everyone outside of group/clan it’s basic, like how you have it in your example.

yeah clan and username attached would also be cool

I'm not totally sure if kill logs show who did a kill when there's bleed or bile that finishes someone but in that case it could just be "{playername} {dragon} died from acid spitter bile"

this would probably be INSANE but assists could work too. if theyre affected by a status (bile, fire, stun) then whoever applied that ofc gets an assist. and then for straight dmg (ss shots) it could be like last 10 sec of dmg or something

I like the idea of a kill feed, but it shouldn't include usernames of the killed players. It could aid potential targeting. The killing player would be a similar problem, especially if it's a global feed. Imagine dying and the kill log says "YourName123 was killed by RandoPlayer55". I think players would use that information to target RandoPlayer55, especially if it was a high-value dragon, like an elder. Idk

I'd say

Your side:
"You killed [growth %] [skin] [species]"

Opponent's side:
"You were killed by [growth %] [skin] [species]"

Roleplay version:
Simply say the dragon name instead
