Some egg mounds spawn in places that are not accessible for ASDs is it possible to move them of the islands that would get an ASD killed trying to get to. Could you also move them a little further from the water since nests are not typically right on the water in real life unless the egg needs the moister to survive.

To answer your question portion, not all dragons can eat from the egg mounds, currently carnivores and omnivores of Danger Class 1-3 are able to eat from the snapper nests, IRs are Danger Class 5
