The BW seems a bit helpless in combat rn since it only really has close range attacks while fighting against long range opponents.
Also the BW not being able to attack in flight makes it helpless in the air.

So what if the BW was immune to elemental, or at least plasma or fire attacks, once its fully adult? That way it could tank long range attacks and need to be fought close range. Its slower than every other dragon so it cannot chase but would be perfect to protect.
Since acid seems to be supposed to be its weakness, it would give the ASD a more important role in fighting the BW, especially since the acid also drains what little stam the BW has.

Once the armor is eaten away by acid, it would logically be vulnerable to all elements again though.

Also a kind of slam attack while flying would be neat to knock opponents out of the sky.

Maybe a dive-landing kind of attack for all dragons over a certain weight could be implemented too, dealing dmg and knock back and also dmg to the attacking dragon bc it has to slam into the ground quite hard for it to count as attack.

Only some thoughts of mine where i have no idea how realistic they are, just thought it might be a nice addition.

I had a thought of them being able to attack in the air with their horn. A tail attack would be too much because it’s a MASSIVE tail and it def would knock itself out the sky but its horn would be perfect IMO.

yeah, a horn attack is a good idea, i kinda thought of like a side swipe with its whole body, like just body slam them outta the sky, lol

Are they not able to use their horn attack anymore? Haven't played in a bit but I distinctly remember being killed as an SS by one midair due to their horn attack

bw cannot attack in the air at all.
They used to be able to knock around players in pve but that got removed, maybe it was then that they removed the horn attack as well

If BW horn attack was affected on pvp servers after knockback was disabled on pve, then that is a bug. Please make a #1067515496230043728 if you are able, so that it may be fixed

oh, i meant while flying since iceandi said they used to be able to attack while flying

edit bc of the timer:
i didnt play pvp when bw came out so im not sure if they were able to attack or not tbh, was just a conclusion based off what iceandi said and the fact, that, when trying to attack in flight it says "you cannot attack while flying" or something of the sort.

The horn attack is not mentioned in the #patch-notes as being removed intentionally.
That means if it was working and now is not working, then that is a bug.
