I was nesting for someone and when I checked to see the egg, it only gave me the invite to egg option nothing on selecting male or female. All of my points are in nesting the rest in agile but when I checked my Mutation Points tab it showed I have no points at all (as you can see I'm elder and dom on the nesting part)

I can see that you're an admin on that server. If you use spectate, your mutation points reset. It also might show all stats as E. Just explaining the reason, the bug report is valid
