Some things like bio glow and picking up hatchies is restricted to group members on PvE to reduce annoyance and griefing by random players.
While thats a good thing, it can be a bit complicating sometimes if you want to help a random hatchie up a ledge, carry it to water in a hurry or getting glow with no bio in group.
A little popup message, if someone out of group tries to pick you up, that asks you to play the friendly emote for "yes" and agressive (or no) emote, or just ignoring the message for "no" could get around that issue.
Also the other way around, if a hatchie aims at a juvie or adult and plays the help/scared emote it triggers a prompt that askes that player to pick up the hatchie
(if accepted, the permission to pick up the hatchling is automatically granted since the hatchie was the one to ask in the first place)
If ignored the message dissappears quickly like the ones for courting.
As for bio glow, a toggle in either the settings or the i menu could allow the player to decide if they want the glow of random bios to stick or not.
By default it would be turned off, so if the player wants random glow to stick they have to turn it on.
