Second Wind Not Activating

It seems like Second wind isn't activating at all when its supposed to. I attempted to get it activated up until I got stamina exhaustion.

What the second bar is supposed to be is a second bar of stamina that helps you stay in flight until you can land. while flying this bar is supposed to go down
Another note is Since it isn't working when its full it is never seen again, disappears and it never used, which means when we're flying we instantly go to stamina exhaustion and not use second flight

I've added two photos showing that it definitely isn't moving as its supposed to and i even got stamina exhaustion with the bar not moving at all please let me know if you also notice something similar with the issue at hand!

I'm not sure why this is happening to you, I tested and it worked fine, but only above certain altitude (a bit higher than the snow level on snowy mountains). As far as I know, it's what Second wind is supposed to do 🤔
