The Blitz Strike already does very little in battle and is very hard to hit even in group fights, and once it does hit it drains all your bile, this is an unnecessary and frankly overkill nerf.

Not when you can hit up to 17 targets , it's not hard to hit it if you know how to , and having this infite second chances is making it much easier , damage wise yes it doesn't do as much , but counting on the Stam loss one will have after getting stun and then potential damage taken if the hit the ground from it makes it too op
