One thing I'd love to see is the weather interacting with flight somehow, and what better way to do so than to add wind? Dragons could get knocked around by heavy winds during certain weather, the wind could even help make traveling in the same direction that it's blowing faster, or flying against the wind slower.

Yes i agree. While i dont think they should get knocked around really but just unbalanced and shaken off their path and everyone that plays knows, you make one small sensitive turn, your dragon will go for a spinny ride😂 but yeah definitely have winds affect certain dragons. I would also love to see some dragons being able to use the wind to their advantage. Like to use it to carry them most of the distance to their destination without having to flap their wings/use stamina.
