#Replace MEE6 with Sapphire!

MEE6 is kind of irrelevent nowadays and doesn't do it's job well anymore, that I've noticed. The majority of its features are locked behind a paywall as well.

Sapphire has ai automod, has a ton of very nice features with its automod, including blocking cusswords, slurs, offensive stuff in people's profiles, and you can have it set it so if someone talks in a channel (like #screenshot-share) which isn't meant for conversation, it will take the text out of there for you (the sacrifice is that people won't be able to caption their screenshots, sadly). It also makes it so you can prevent spamming of words and phrases, mention spam, and more!

On the side it also has 15 free reaction role slots (which would help with the constant clamoring for reaction roles if you guys wanted to set it up), and automated messages that you guys could use for telling people when the Official servers are going to restart!

Sapphire basically runs the server for the Mods so they don't have to police the channels constantly, and it recognizes multiple languages as well. I hope this will be considered as an upgrade to MEE6 and possibly implemented!

Whatever it gets replaced with, Mee6 has disgustingly unregulated practices and should definately be replaced. Even less capable bots would be better than mee6

I got informed about more involving MEE6 and I'm honestly disappointed about what I've been told. MEE6 isn't very ethical in a lot of ways NyctaDisgust

Mee6 completely screwed over it's NFT holders by soft/slow rugging the project.

Now to understand the whole Discord NFT fiasco with Mee6, you need to go back to the start of it all January 2022. NFTs and crypto was the craze and everyone and their dog was hopping on the trend. Mee6 was no different, looking to get as much money as possible from...

Yeah, definitely get rid of MEE6, Sapphire is a but difficult to set up if you don't have much bot experience but sooo worth it!

It can also catch and warn users for curse words, slurs, etc! Staff can filter what words they want filtered out :)
