Here, I'll give my feedback based on my experience as a PVP player with 660+ hours in this game, specifically focusing on IR after some fixes and changes:
Q Ability: It feels good enough as a defensive option. However, I still think the flames should hit a larger area around the body. Additionally, I feel like the fire blinds me as a player, as the flames keep coming toward my screen, especially at night, making it hard to see anything. Perhaps removing the flames coming from the wings could help fix this issue.
Fireball: It feels better now that they fixed it—there is no longer a delay in shooting. However, it still lacks range and should be slightly longer. Also, shooting while flying still feels awkward because the hitboxes remain weird.
Fire Breath: The damage is good, but it should apply the debuff more consistently. It's not easy to maintain the fire on the target due to the low range, so at the very least, the fire debuff should be applied more consistently.
Turning Radius: It’s simply bad. As a close-combat dragon, they should be more agile at lower speeds. They can barely turn to shoot or bite. They have flaps on their tails that should make their turning radius smaller compared to other dragons, even SS.
Flying Speed: It's good enough. They are large and bulky, so they should feel slow.
