Here, I'll give my feedback based on my experience as a PVP player with 660+ hours in this game, specifically focusing on IR after some fixes and changes:

Q Ability: It feels good enough as a defensive option. However, I still think the flames should hit a larger area around the body. Additionally, I feel like the fire blinds me as a player, as the flames keep coming toward my screen, especially at night, making it hard to see anything. Perhaps removing the flames coming from the wings could help fix this issue.

Fireball: It feels better now that they fixed it—there is no longer a delay in shooting. However, it still lacks range and should be slightly longer. Also, shooting while flying still feels awkward because the hitboxes remain weird.

Fire Breath: The damage is good, but it should apply the debuff more consistently. It's not easy to maintain the fire on the target due to the low range, so at the very least, the fire debuff should be applied more consistently.

Turning Radius: It’s simply bad. As a close-combat dragon, they should be more agile at lower speeds. They can barely turn to shoot or bite. They have flaps on their tails that should make their turning radius smaller compared to other dragons, even SS.

Flying Speed: It's good enough. They are large and bulky, so they should feel slow.

I will specify, I think the ground turn radius is fine the way it is, but I assume you mean flying turn radius, which could use a boost I think, considering the limited amount of aiming space all the dragons have. You can't fire anywhere other than basically what is directly in front of you so I think if that isn't changed, the Ravager flight turn could be better. Everything else I also agree with, considering how wonky and inaccurate the fireball is for how much bile it drains.

For the Flame Cloak specifically I think it should definitely have a bigger radius of damage because its otherwise VERY risky to fight back with bile, because if you run out, it takes much too long to start recharging, even though it recharges quickly once it starts. You only have three shots of fireball after using flame cloak, which is, frankly, nothing. As of now Flame Cloak is only useful for ground combat (IF you're not getting ambushed) and for tanking shots better at the cost of using bile at all.

I think the fire blinding thing could at least partially be resolved by removing the fire effect coming off the dragon and just having smoke or other small, non-glowing particles come off, so that when it comes toward the camera it doesnt obscure the view so much. While the glow on the dragon itself is also a problem and should be lessened, I think the biggest issue is having the bright lights coming at your face.

the range of the fireball is good, using it on the ground while standing still you can see the range is good the only problem is the projectile moves way too slow. If you take a side by side with shadow scale on the ground you can see that fireball is roughly 3-4 dragon lengths shorter then SS plasma shot, however, the fireball travels at almost 3/5 the speed of the plasma shot. while in flight the range seems shorter because you are flying faster then the shot. The only way i see fireball being useful while flying is if they implemented a momentum mechanic where the shot fires faster based on how fast you are going so it feels consistent OR they buff the speed of fireball to match the speed of the plasma shot so the range feels the same as it does on the ground. as it stands right now you can use fireball only while close- medium range and when the dragon you are fighting is either flying towards your direction or turning AND you have to lead the shot WAY further due to the how slow the projectile travels.
