This happens only when I am trying to log another account using Sandboxie. All my settings are on low/potato already.
My GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
24GB RAM, 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11370H @ 3.30 GHz processor.

it could just be that your GPU is running out of video memory

running two instances at once
